I would like to advice everyon1 to never order pakistani clothes online unless the website is reliable and you personally know people who have ordered from them before. But NEVER order from zari channel (www.zarichannel.com). They are big CHEATERS AND LIARS!! Their clothes look really beautiful and extremely cheap but once you order what you receive is way cheaper than what you paid for. I ordered 3 dresses from them and was promised to receive them in 15-20 says but instead received ONLY 2 of them after more than 2 months. I never received the 3rd one and now they are not replying to my emails nor do they pick up their phone, they say they have 24/7 customer service which is a big lie.

Once they have your money they don't care about you.....they barely reply to your emails and make excuses of why they got so late and at one point they dont reply back. They never refunded my money and payapl can't do anything about it either because they shipped way after 45 days!! The 2 outfits that i received were crap!! They looked nothing like the pictures and are not wearable. The sizes were way off and they were jus plain ugly with cheap kaam and kapra! i completely wasted my money and im so mad.
